Admin Assistant
An exciting position has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join the team at an excellent non profit, providing confidential advice and support for women affected by abuse.
What you’ll do:
- Answer email enquiries into the team inboxes, redirecting complex enquiries as appropriate within agreed service levels.
- Assist with the process of appointing new committee members, including placing vacancy details on the website.
- Provide general administrative support across the team as needed.
- Support the Office Manager, including diary management, arranging meetings and processing expenses.
- Ordering Stationery and all relevant office supplies.
What you’ll need:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within the team, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver tasks.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise work and handle competing demands, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Location: Sandton Johannesburg
Duration: Permanent with 6 months probation
Salary: TBC
Working hours: 30 hours per week
Working pattern: On site
